How to choose
Pick by what your skin is doing, not by the name
The facials here are named for the feeling and organized by element, which is lovely on the menu and no help at all when you are trying to book one. So here is the plain version: if your skin is red, reactive or rosacea-prone, you want the Calm & Ground. If it is congested or breaking out, Pure & Refine. If it is simply dull and you want it to look lit from within, Ultrasonic Radiance.
If you have never been in before, book the ALORA Signature Glow Facial. It begins with a detailed skin analysis and is tailored on the day, which means you leave knowing what your skin actually needs rather than guessing next time.
Everything is certified-organic and vegan, and the room is low-tox by design. If your skin reacts to conventional products, that is the reason this spa was built the way it was.

The Calm & Ground Herbal Repair Facial
Earth, from Mediterranean rituals. Built for sensitive, inflamed or rosacea-prone skin: cooling botanicals and anti-inflammatory elixirs that quiet redness while rebuilding your skin's own defenses rather than stripping them.

Pure & Refine
Air, from Scandinavian rituals. A deep clarifying treatment for congested or break-out prone skin. Decongests and detoxifies, prepares the skin for expert extractions, then a KPS charcoal refining masque draws out what is left and calms the inflammation behind it.

Ultrasonic Radiance
Air, from Scandinavian rituals. Ultrasonic energy and organic ingredients working together just under the surface to lift away dullness and impurities. Skin comes back smooth, firm and genuinely bright.

Ether, our own ritual, and the one we recommend for a first visit. A detailed skin analysis, then a curated blend of cleansing, exfoliation and nutrient-rich serums, with a long restorative facial massage through the middle of it.

Radiance on the Run
Ether. The short version of the Signature Glow, for a midday escape, a pre-event polish or a touch-up between full facials. The same organic ingredients and the same massage, in less of the afternoon.

Gua Sha Glow Ritual
Water, from ancient Oriental rituals. Smooth jade tools worked over the face to move lymph, release held muscle tension and bring circulation up, with nutrient-rich organic oils and serums. Contours soften and define, and so does the rest of you.

Any facial can be deepened with an add-on: Targeted Nano Fusion for collagen and fine lines without needles, a Décolletage Renewal for the skin a facial usually stops short of, or the Ground & Glow PEMF mat underneath the whole thing. Ask when you book.
Good to know
Is your color suitable for a sensitive scalp?
It is what we built the salon around. Our color is certified-organic and ammonia-free, so there are none of the harsh fumes you get in a conventional salon, which is often what makes color uncomfortable. Tell us when you book if your scalp is reactive and we will patch test and plan the service around it.
What are the five elements in your spa menu?
Our spa is organized around Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether. Each element has its own energy and draws on rituals from a different part of the world: Mediterranean, Scandinavian, Middle Eastern, Ancient Oriental, and our own signature rituals. It is a way of choosing a treatment by how you want to feel rather than by a list of names.
What products do you use?
Organic and vegan only. We are a NATULIQUE concept salon, so our color is certified-organic and ammonia-free, and we use their Bioactive bond complex to protect hair through every service. In the spa we work with KPS Essentials clean skincare. If you love something, you can take it home.
